The snacks were decent, but there wasn’t much I actually wanted. It felt like I kept seeing the same kinds of items over and over, and I couldn’t really find many new things to try. What annoyed me even more was that the terms seemed to change from what I expected, which made the whole experience feel a bit frustrating.

I appreciate that naturebox doesn’t make me feel locked into the subscription. Sometimes I still have snacks left, so being able to skip a box or switch up what I’m getting without a whole process makes a big difference.
I paused for a month while I was traveling, and it took about a minute. If they ever made that difficult, I’d probably cancel and move on, but for now it’s been simple and hassle-free.

The snacks are good and I enjoyed them, but they feel a little pricey for what you get. I don’t mind paying for quality, but it would be nice if the value felt a bit more reasonable. At the end of the day, customers just want to feel like they’re being treated fairly

I’ve been ordering from naturebox for a while now, and the biggest thing for me is that I can actually understand most of the ingredients, which is such a relief because I’m tired of grabbing snacks that taste fine but have a label full of stuff I can’t pronounce and then wondering what I’m even eating.
The snacks are still really good too, not bland or “healthy” in that sad way, and it’s nice having something around the house that feels a little cleaner but still gets eaten, especially since my kids will actually grab some of them too. Definitely 5 stars from me.

I really wanted to like NatureBox, but most of the snacks I tried just didn’t have much flavor. Some were okay, but the dried fruit was way too sweet for me, and the crackers barely tasted like anything. Nothing was awful or inedible, but I kept feeling like, for the price, they should’ve been a lot better. Maybe I’m being picky, but I don’t think I’d order them again.

I got charged once after I thought everything was canceled, so I reached out to support. From their tone, I got the impression they were trying to be helpful, not just brushing me off. It took a bit to get the cancellation sorted, but they did fix the billing quickly in the end.

In the end, my issue got fixed without any hassle. I reached out to support, and they got back to me really fast, which I appreciated. Smooth experience overall.

My NatureBox order showed up the other day, i was a little surprised by how well it was packed. The box looked like it had been through a bit of a rough ride, but everything inside was totally fine. Nothing was crushed, nothing leaked, and all the snacks were sealed up nicely. Definitely happy with how it arrived.
